At Bremzy, we are committed to providing you with versatile, high-quality clothing as quickly as possible. Because we strive for efficiency, our fulfillment team begins processing orders shortly after they are placed.

1. Cancellation Window

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee a cancellation if the order has already entered our processing phase.

Our standard order processing time is 1-3 business days. Once an order has been processed or handed over to our shipping carriers, it can no longer be canceled.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Cancellations After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to stop the delivery. In this case, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and then follow our 30-day Refund Policy to return the items for a refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is successful and confirmed by our team, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
